Overview

We represented 11 out of 14 accused persons in this case which was famously know as the ‘’Nostem Cleric case’’ or ‘’kamoga case‘’. They were initially jointly charged with crime against humanity, a charge we objected to causing the amendment of the indictment to drop the same. Five of our clients were acquitted and set free and we have lodged an appeal on behalf of the ones who were convicted.
